Nicolas joined DT Services & Consulting in May 2025, after spending over 8 years at Noé Nature, where he steadily grew into leadership roles, ultimately joining the executive team as CTO and then COO.
Throughout his career, Nicolas has led a variety of cross-functional projects in IT, operations, and logistics. He played a key role in structuring teams, improving internal processes, and guiding the successful implementation of company-wide tools, including ERP systems such as Odoo. His pragmatic mindset and commitment to continuous improvement are rooted in Lean Six Sigma principles and a strong culture of execution.
Now focused on project management, Nicolas brings a rare combination of strategic vision and hands-on experience to help organizations deliver impactful, well-aligned initiatives.
