Nicolas joined DT Services & Consulting in May 2025, after more than eight years at Noé Nature, where he progressively took on positions of increasing responsibility, eventually joining the executive team as CTO and later COO.
Throughout his career, Nicolas has led various cross-functional projects in the fields of IT, operations, and logistics. He played a key role in structuring teams, optimizing internal processes, and successfully implementing company-wide tools, including ERP systems such as Odoo. His pragmatic mindset and commitment to continuous improvement are grounded in Lean Six Sigma principles and a strong culture of execution.
Now specialized in project management, Nicolas brings a rare combination of strategic vision and hands-on experience to help organizations successfully deliver their initiatives.
