With more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, including leading a multi-site organization of over 120 employees, I have developed a strong hands-on understanding of the challenges companies face as they grow: increasing organizational complexity, strategic projects that must be executed successfully and the need to continuously improve operational efficiency.
At DTSC, I work as a Transformation & Operational Performance Project Manager and coordinate the SME theme (LUCID). This initiative is dedicated to supporting SME leaders in structuring their organizations, executing strategic projects and improving operational performance.
My approach combines structured project management (PRINCE2), continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma) and Change Management to turn strategic decisions into tangible operational results.
